We need a guy who is good enough to WIN the job, not just "be the back up".

We have a bunch of guys who can hold a clipboard.
We need another guy who is AT LEAST as good as the guy we've got.

I agree - but the kids who are as good as TD don’t want to battle it out with TD. The kids who are far abd away better are playing at the top end schools
