Remind me again, who’s number was that?
Knees exposed. 15 yard penalty against Syracuse.Think they left his uniform in the dryer on high a little too long lol
The wound is not healed yet.Knees exposed. 15 yard penalty against Syracuse.
Nostalgia man, the nostalgia! Let’s see if he can create a legacy like our other #2Remind me again, who’s number was that?
The one on the arm scared me. I was afraid it was a script Syracuse for a secondTattoo on his leg says fearless. Awesome.
I thought players had to earn single digit numbers? Unless that was just one of those rumors that floats around the program.
Too soon.Knees exposed. 15 yard penalty against Syracuse.
Wait jog my memory on this knee penalty lolToo soon.
I think it says Tearless. As in there is no crying in football. But I could be wrong.Tattoo on his leg says fearless. Awesome.

Tennessee in the Dome … not one but the infamous penalties for equipment violations.Wait jog my memory on this knee penalty lol
Most egregious, rigged officiating I have ever seen. And I lost about 6 pounds in water weight that day sweating in section 335Tennessee in the Dome … not one but the infamous penalties for equipment violations.
I was sitting in the student section behind the Cuse bench … I lost my religion that day. Most egregious, rigged officiating I have ever seen. And I lost about 6 pounds in water weight that day sweating in section 335
Exactly. Calls that have never been seen before or since. It’s almost like they wanted to find ways to penalize the Yankees. Most egregious, rigged officiating I have ever seen. And I lost about 6 pounds in water weight that day sweating in section 335
Just to put some additional context around this, Tennessee played in the dome in 1998 in the opener. It was Donovan McNabb's senior year, and we were poised to spring the upset. Game went right down to the wire.Wait jog my memory on this knee penalty lol
And The Vols went on to win the NC. They should have started the season 0-1.Just to put some additional context around this, Tennessee played in the dome in 1998 in the opener. It was Donovan McNabb's senior year, and we were poised to spring the upset. Game went right down to the wire.
But since the game was in the dome, there was an SEC officiating crew. And they called it least two, possibly three, uniform violations against Syracuse before plays were run. Apparently, the infraction was that the football pants weren't below the knee, or some goofy explanation. Up to that point, I'd never seen that call made at any level, in any game before.
I remember a couple years ago watching a random college football game, and the same penalty was called. Brought back bad memories, and it's the only time I've ever seen it flagged.
But overall, it's smacked of the biased SEC officiating crew doing whatever they could to give their team an advantage.
As mentioned, the game went right down to the wire. It was fourth and long, and Tennessee through an incompletion. Only to have a late flag come in from a referee who was out of position, calling pass interference. It was BS.

The other thing that PMO with the BS PI call was even if the receiver caught it, he was well short of the 1st down. Those refs were just not going to allow us to win that day.Just to put some additional context around this, Tennessee played in the dome in 1998 in the opener.
