It’s a tough sell. Go to a higher profile G5 and be a starter. Or a backup at a P4. And also I would suspect a lot of thinking here is not even about the 2026 season. It's about where his value can be after the 2026 season headed into the 2027 season.

Looks like Stokes didn’t make that video edit. It was made by the other account on the post. He did share it which is an endorsement but these days
there are tons of highlight videos with curses in the rap soundtracks. Today almost every rap song is full of n-words

You got all of that out of a sound track? It amazes me how much music triggers some people around here.

Do you notice the C on his jersey? Being a captain generally indicates some level of maturity to earn that role.

Yep. Not to get too much into it. I know what rap is. I listened to much of it in the 90's. I could tell you many names from that scene back then. I know what it is composed of. Very familiar.

I don'r begrudge kids (or college kids) from listening to rap. I do take issue with stuff like this. A kid who is aspiring to be a team leader somewhere at a Division 1 university (to play the most important position in any sport), and then to not only choose a rap song for his highlights, but to choose such a rap song where literally every other word is filth says something to me.

Again, there is hardly a clean rap song out there (I know, very aware) but this one took it to another level. I hope (as another poster just stated) the song was not his choice
