I have a question about Syracuse.com. I pay for the site, yet they won't let me sign on. They want me to disable my adblocker. I must have been out sick that day. I have no idea how to do it. I don't care if I see ads or not. Help

What browser are you using?

Sometimes ad blockers will block sign in pages that “pop up” just like ads do. How you change that setting will differ based on the browser you’re using as PACuse indicated

This is why I cancelled. Wanted to support the organization, and always enjoyed the articles (Chris, Donna, Mike, etc). But the sign-in procedure is cumbersome, and ad-blockers are prohibited. Sorry but I use ad-blockers and don't want my PII collected and sold. Pity they keep shooting themselves in the foot.

Ah thanks - it's not just me!

I had issues logging on through Chrome last night. It didn't recognize I had an active subscription, but it was fixed this morning. But that might be different than what others are talking about.
