2. Syracuse — A victory over Albany on Thursday night was once again defined by face-off domination. I’m starting to become a little leery of SU's defense, which has given up 25 in the past two games. If an opponent can generate enough possessions, the Orange seem vulnerable on defense. Their top nine on offense are as good as it gets, and Randy Staats should be back in the lineup in late April, which is scary.
The Orange’s lone loss was on the road at ND in 2OTs. SU is at UNC for the first time in a while — a change of surface for the Dome dwellers.
