Ok, now I'm thoroughly depressed. Maybe it's a good thing that I'll be at my son's tee ball game when this goes down on Saturday.

Ok this week month what ever has taken another strange turn. A couple of us on here have been talking with rw's dad directly. The other day rumors started swirling that dad didn't know what he was talking about when he was saying CUSE had nothing to be afraid of. Last night I spoke with dad again and he was giving me his side. There was some strange things about it but I just wanted to keep the peace and was posting to smooth things over. Well tonite rw has told everyone his dad is not involved with his recruitment in any way. All the warm fuzzy feelings all the service putting cuse ahead are based off false reports. The truth is we are one of 6 and that's it. We will need to wait till Saturday to see if we have a shot. It's kind of embaressing at least for me. I have been talking with him for a few months and I feel stupid for buying in to what was going on.

I want to thank both you and Jekelish for you hard work on the Restore 44 campaign regardless if Robert commits to Syracuse or not.

Thanks. I just hope he comes here. It's been a long couple months. I have always said no matter what I'm a fan of the kid and I mean that. It will just be easier if I can watch him and shy on the same team

Yeah, I have to agree with this. It kills a newspaper's credibility if they're willing to remove a story UNLESS it has factual errors. It's just unfortunate that things played out the way they did.

But we can put that all behind us. Onward and upward, to positive things!

How about they don't call the kid's father, sister, GF, Mother, 2nd cousin on his mom's side, coach, hall monitor, 2nd grade teacher, etc. at all and wait like the rest of us. No other school's paper is calling the kid's dad and acting like tools.

Something seemed fishy about his posts and got real weird when he started to rail on the staff. RW may still come here but Dad really wanted him to come here and wear 44. He played us.

He did say, though, he would be back when this was all over. Wonder if that will happen or not.

Recruits are just 18-19 year-old kids. They change their minds often. Hopefully RW will make the best decision for his future.
Syracuse athletics is about to undergo big changes, which is more of a concern to me because the next decade or two is at stake.
