Max is taller and considered to be the better shooter of the two, but Marcus is considered to be the better all around player and is much highly regarded at this point. As noted above, they're MCW's twin brothers.
According to our buddy Jerry, it's a Nike related issue. Supposedly the Nike folks didn't like Blakeney committing to LVille(Adidas school) after one visit. Same thing happened last year to LVille when JaQuan Lyle(Nike player) decommitted from them and ended up at Phil Knight's Oregon.
