I haven't heard anyone really call yesterday a "home game" for us; obviously if we won OSU might have been crying a little more though

I believe CTO is referring to 2003 when there was uproar because we had a 'home game' in Boston as 3 seed vs the 1 seedI haven't heard anyone really call yesterday a "home game" for us; obviously if we won OSU might have been crying a little more though
nothing, and i mean nothing, can compare to south region. 24k in attendance. 95% kentucky fans (and i might be giving the non-kentucky fans a little too much credit). 4% neutral and 1% baylor fans. now i know what rupp arena is like and i've never even been (nor do i ever want to go)
Has any national commentator ever complained about UNC and Duke starting almost every tournament in North Carolina?
Oops. You're right.we didn't. we played the #1 team in albany.
yeah, i was shocked. 24k or 25k was the announced attendance for friday's games. i didn't see the attendance today. they originally opened up only the lower 2 levels for ticket sales (22.5k). it wasn't until recently (i think this week), that they opened up 10k tickets in the 300 level because of high demand. tickets looked to be on the sideline only. not sure how many were actually sold in the level.Only 24k in Atlanta? The game was at the Georgia Dome right? I actually would call that a pretty poor showing by Kentucky. Would have expected a much larger crowd than that.
St Louis is closer to Lawrence, Kansas ... than Boston is to Syracuse. Anyone hear any complaining that this was a "home game" for KU?
