This may have been discussed before, but I'm no coach, but watching Rickie today closely, he has a move that he often puts into his throws that has to be working against touch and accuracy. Right before releasing the ball he sort of lowers his right shoulder and tilts his head right. I thought at first it was just on longer throws but then I saw several 10-15 yard throws that had that same motion.
