So many Thursday nights staying up for the late P12 game just to listen to him. Don't normally get too upset over celeb deaths but this one hurts. Such an awesome dude.
Read or should I say listen to his book "Back from the Dead" I got the recommendation from Orange44 awhile back and it was incredibly uplifting, truly a remarkable human spirit! RIP Bill!
A true legend. I still remember watching his games at UCLA. Bill Walton was probably the most dominating college player I ever saw. A uniquely interesting character as a broadcaster. In a way it's spooky that he passes at the same time as the Pac 12.
One of the good guys in sports, and in the world in general. And before the injuries took their toll, he was as good as anyone who ever played his position. He will really be missed. RIP, Bill.
