This doesn’t impact the ACC that much.Wow this is an absolute kill shot to ACC. ACC games are rarely going to be on TV now I would assume because the SEC games are going to override it.
If CBS is smart they would jump on trying to negotiate giving up SEC ASAP but they get to buy the ACC games or something.
Either way, not good for the ACC IMO
And now no ACC school minus clemson will ever get a 3:30 ABC slotThis doesn’t impact the ACC that much.
ESPN already had all these SEC games except the top game that was on CBS that is going to shift from CBS to ABC.
ACC games will still be on ESPN, ESPN2, ABC each week.
There are also 3:30 ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU slots. And now no ACC school minus clemson will ever get a 3:30 ABC slot
I will bet you the SEC will take 3:30 of ABC ESPN and 2 with the ACC getting the UThere are also 3:30 ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU slots.
Also if the ACC has good games they will get the ABC spot.
This move affects the Future of the Big Ten on Disney. They will move more to Fox and maybe CBS will get in on them.
How many SEC games do you think are top TV priority?I will bet you the SEC will take 3:30 of ABC ESPN and 2 with the ACC getting the U
Everyone's D-1AA game, e.g. SU v. Colgate; UVa v. VMI; Wake v. WoffordA couple of thoughts...

Select ACC non-conference games on ESPN+? What?

No offense but you should love this conference. You would never be guaranteed a final four spot in the SEC...Right now, it is pencil in Clemson from the ACC and see how ND, the SEC and the Big Ten shake out...And the ACC continues to fall further and further behind. I hate this conference...
As 9 of 14 SEC members are in CT and all ACC members are ET, we probably will see many ACC games on ABC at 12/11, should ABC decide to have a national double header each week. The SEC will own the 3:30/2:30 games on ABC.CBS gets first pick every week and prevented SEC from putting any home games on ABC.
All SEC home games had to be on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, or SECN.
Now with Disney getting the tier 1 rights they will flood ABC Primetime with SEC games.
Put SEC games on ABC at 12 and 3:30 as well.
ACC football quality is sound. The biases against ACC football remain in much of the media, which then reinforces them for CFB fans. But the quality is decent, and likely to improve. The ACC v SEC is david v goliath. There are many rungs to climb from here to there.
As long as Clemson keeps getting things done, the overall profile will continue to climb.
