Roll Call

laptop on my lap all night...wasnt going to drink at all...next think i know I cracked a beer when we tied it up...then somehow finished a 6er by end of OT...

I liked to hear from those who left or at least have the balls to admit it and say how it felt to hear the comeback as they drove home.

Just want to see how many of us here that went to the game actually stayed until the finish...I did.

Had to stay to watch the team celebrate with the students... And of course the Alma mater.

Always til the end!! Got a fist bump from coach Hacket, he was pumped. It's a Coach Mac win." A win is a W. Good Teams win the ugly one's!"

I would like to hear this as well.

I don't EVER leave early. I've sat through the Grob years so I sure as hell wasn't leaving early last night

I was there to the end.

What a great win!

And a loud Dome to boot!!

switched seats at the end of the 3rd, as My Dad and buddy were sitting in Buddah's seats, ( went from seex 130 to sec 115) and the tide started to turn opened up enough where I saw a row of silver right in front of him and my wife and I watched the 4th with My dad, first home game I watched with my dad in some time as he livesin Nevada now, just like old times. Great time.

Place got loud and was fun, like I said the fans just want to have some fun, we sit and talk about talent, injuries, potential, most fans don't care, win or lose they want to enjoy themselves, anyone who states that the first 3 quarters of that game was fun, is lying. IT was like getting punched in the gonads every 10 minutes.

My mother made me go to bed at 9...

Stayed up watching it on ESPN3 until the end and woke my wife up with my insane screaming

Although 15 points was a tough hill to climb, it never seemed impossible. Of course I stayed!

I stayed... I won't be able to talk for a few days (lost my voice from all of the screaming!), but it was worth it!!! I was laughing all the way back home last night at all of the suckers who left early and missed out on the great ending.

My buddy informed me at 10 that he had to leave at 10:30 to pick up his girlfriend at work. He had no qualms about leaving at that time, things were looking dismal. There was a couple in front of me who got up just before the end of the 3rd quarter with SU down one score but Wake driving. He commented, "I can't take this anymore." I was going to say something to him but I bit my tongue. While he was heading up the aisle Wake went up two scores his back was to the play. He's the same guy who when the game opened and SU looked bad said, "When does basketball season start?"

For me, the best move I made, was going over to Retro44's section. Things didn't immediatly turn around but I think our combined karma had something to do with the outcome. ;)

As I was leaving the Dome, I kept on saying, "And that's why you never leave early." Of course I was singing to choir as those were the dyed-in-the-wool fans of the program.

I ran into one guy who was dressed in a suit, he said with a big smile on his face, "I had to stay, I'm the band director!" Found out he has been a long time lurker here, "I just made the move with you guys." He had some very nice things to say about the people who contribute to this community.

This game was hard to stomach for three quarters but we were jumping up and down and high-fiving everybody that was left in the last minutes. Leaving early is unthinkable. This game reminded me of the West Virginia game in 1987.

Kind of reverse karma Dan. I was there in Retro's section first half. It wasn't until I joined the Board crazies up in 302 that good things started happening for the 'Cuse!

I hope you did your due dilligence while in the Retro encampment

I watched til the end with my laptop on my lap and drinking beers like I was never going to be allowed another after the game was finished. My roommate got a kick of of me with my headphones in and yelling while sitting on a chair in the living room. I don't think the neighbors knew what to think.

Dan, you know me. Of course I did, although not as much to report as you'd think (other than Broyld was DEFINITELY into it and was telling his teammates all about the 'Cuse.

I'm still there, holding my seat for the RI game.

Where are you wussies?

stayed to the end...watched the casual fans leave... and as the first solid drive started i turned and said "they only want to play for the real fans"... it made it that much more important/impressive. i started going to SU in '04...this was the best game I have seen in the dome in that time (the BC game from '04 was the best game, but doesn't even compare).
