6-4 260 is undersize for most NFL teams. i just randomly looked at 3
the giants have 5 DE it would make him bigger than 1 of the 5.
the bears DE avg 275
the ravens have 6 they avg 300 lbs. only 1 under 295

i'm sure that on some teams he would fit in, just needs to find the right team.

if he goes to the NFL it means he had a great year and thats good for SU. i dont see it yet but i have been way wrong before..

and dont let the fact that the draft boards i looked at dont have him listed.. CBS has 75 on their DE board he is not one of them. maybe he is there and i didnt see it.

I always forget that the NFL Draft is an autopick process based on what the CBS preseason rankings are.

I would not expect him back. He has worked his way into the conversation for a top 3 round draft choice. He may not be quite the disruptive force that Freeney was, but he plays the run much better. Stinks he's only likely to have one season at SU at the position, but glad we have him for the rest of this year.

Our only playmaker on D? Oh my goodness. Zaire, Cordy, Bennett and Luke all disagree. Also, our young DTs are going to be very good next year.

great for him. do they want him as an undersized DE ? some people thought teams wanted Hickey too and lots of teams want to see if they can make something of marginal guys, thats why they draft 7-8 and sign 20 FA every year.

he made some plays today but of the 20-30 guys on both teams playing D he wasnt in the top 10 on the field. now if you want to talk about the LSU MLB that guy is a beast.

This team has won a recent super bowl. You are way off on this one. He is nothing like Hickey.

kipers no. the others yes. hope he plays lights out and makes it. it supposed to be a big talent draft and lots of juniors coming out so maybe he climbs over a ton of people if he has a great season.

Plus the youth on the DLine will be more experienced and stronger with more S&C. That should take focus off him and let him stack up some great numbers for draftday 2017.

Thompson is a considerably more dominant player than Durrell ever was. With that said, I would also love if Eskridge was back there
