Pike has some serious recruiting connections, but the overall appeal of RU is so low that he's not getting waves of elite players until this year. He's been successful at Rutgers, but not successful enough to get poached.

In other words, the Rutgers sweet spot!

Karma is biting us in our ass from all the negative crap wasted on here towards other teams that we are no better than the last 3 to 5 years. Ok Rutgers is crap they deserve a pass. We can always talk about them.

I can guarantee you none of the board's crap posting on UConn, Georgetown, Rutgers, the B10, ACC, SEC , or the College of Biblical Studies has had any impact on any of their results.

If other message boards like the Boneyard want to post receipts of some stuff we said here about UConn, sure they can claim the upper hand in the board wars.

Part of the joy of being on a message board (for some, not all) is crap talking other teams, even if things are going not to well here.
