The Midwest is the slam dunk winner with 3 surefire HOF'ers. The race for second is interesting between the East and South, even with Enfield bringing up the rear. The West, meanwhile, has a surprising number of conference titles thanks to Marshall, and a higher win % than the highly regarded East coaches.
