I don’t think this post makes the point you think it doesWho makes the schedule with 4 super dangerous mid-majors in the OOC? And Georgetown too?
So who CAN we beat, if we’re scared of mid majors or the worst team in the Big East?Who makes the schedule with 4 super dangerous mid-majors in the OOC? And Georgetown too?
They should come to Seattle and play Washington. So who CAN we beat, if we’re scared of mid majors or the worst team in the Big East?
I would not schedule games against mid-major teams that will win their league or are projected to be at or near the top. Play the weak in mid-major leagues or play teams from P5 conferences. So who CAN we beat, if we’re scared of mid majors or the worst team in the Big East?
They ain't cupcakes anymore.Maybe we should only schedule teams that we have historically dominated like Colgate, St Bonaventure and Buffalo.
Oh wait...
They ain't cupcakes anymore.
When you’re not that good yourselves, not many teams are cupcakes. They ain't cupcakes anymore.
It’s a good way to inflate your metrics come selection Sunday. We got in the tournament a couple years ago because of it.I would not schedule games against mid-major teams that will win their league or are projected to be at or near the top. Play the weak in mid-major leagues or play teams from P5 conferences.
Because we’ve been awful, what don’t you get? They ain't cupcakes anymore.
They would have been against our teams in the past.
Bonnies 63 ND 51, yea, they're cupcakes. They would have been against our teams in the past.
A LOTBecause we’ve been awful, what don’t you get?
Bonnies 63 ND 51, yea, they're cupcakes.
Doesn’t the Patriot league generally play at least a top 8 seed in the NCAA first round?Prior to 2016 we were never seeded below an 8. Since then we have only been double digit seeds.
The Patriot league has had one single digit seed, a 9 back in 2009. The entire Patriot league has won a combined total of 3 NCAA Tournament games just to give you an idea of strong teams like Colgate really are.
The cupcakes are still cupcakes and we are at risk of becoming one too.
In the not too distant past ND seldom beat us. Look at our recent records.
