Watching HCSS press conference for BC on youtube and he sure as hell can put a positive spin on this season. No wonder why he can hold some recruits together--certainly made me feel a little better about the future.

He gave some hindsight 20/20 BS that revolved around getting a short field with a defensive stop. He knows his offense blows and didnt want them to make the score worse. S@*t call but its done with.

That's not a surprise, but total BS. I don't see how anyone can think that a tired and banged up defense has a better chance of forcing a 3 and out than your offense gaining half a yard (after they had gained 9.5 in the 3 prior plays). Not to mention, even if they had forced a 3 and out, the offense would likely be getting the ball back in worse field position than they had before the punt. This doesn't even consider the fact that the season is a bust and the game was out of reach, so, nothing to lose at all. Like I said in the game thread, I have supported him thus far, but that is a completely indefensible stance.
