SDSU post game

Truly hard to believe what we witnessed tonight. SDSU clueless, helpless, dead in the water with a week to prepare.

And the power of the zone was flexed, once more. Dutcher is no fool, he surely prepared some semblance of a zone-beating gameplan. But the responsibility is the on the shoulders of CHILDREN, 18-22 year-olds, to execute and change the way they have always played basketball in order to beat us in a high stakes single-elimination tournament. Let's go, great win

maybe if rog lost some weight in his stupid fat face he would be able to see that the date between selection sunday and the friday after isn't a long amount of time.

why are these godawful sportswriters always so smug when saying dumb things? if you haven't seen a zone all year it's not like practicing against it for three days will get you fully ready.

and he should shave his stupid mustache he looks like a sex offender.

i'm sorry but this greasy creep should not be allowed within 500 feet of a school

I honestly didn’t think we could win without great performances from Q and Griff. We got neither and absolutely blasted them. What if they both play great Sunday? To think the team has a lot in the tank at this point is absurd. It’s like a completely different thing than we had 3 weeks ago.

I cant remember a better shooting night from any SU team i have ever watched.
Buddy with a top 10 performance of any SU game i have ever seen. He was unconscious and post game what a class act.
Kadary, Edwards, Bras all three superb. Gumby and JBs use of him to break the press was brilliant. Griff with another off night hopefully he turns it on next game. Thought Joe played well. Made some clutch shots but was weak with the ball and on D.
Q battled hard all game as always and played solid D. He is embracing his role not forcing. Really hope he comes back.
Great effort by the guys and JB was HOF. What a coaching clinic he delivered.

The boneyard made a game thread for last night's classic. Thanks boners!
Ha. It’s the first March activity that board’s had in 5 years. Cut them some slack. Plucky bunch of fans there.

I’m here to eat crow. After the Duke loss a few weeks ago I commented that this Syracuse team wasn’t fun to watch and didn’t have a bright future.

Since then the transformation of this team has been really impressive. They’ve been playing hard, locking down defensively, and have put together a really nice end of season.

With the emergence of players like Braswell and Edwards off the bench, in addition to the starters playing more consistent, I’m excited about the program’s future.
