Sean Lewis

Sean is also a perfect personality to match. Imagine Deion getting Anae. Talk about polar opposites lol

Any idea why he didn't just bring his Jackson St OC with him?

That’s great but he won’t be playing Jackson State’s schedule at Colorado so your point is irrelevant.

The talent will be better overall than what he had at Jackson state so likely pretty proportional.

This is just a general statement that can’t really by argued in favor or against. Unfortunately, the outcome of this will be much more nuanced. However, if you want to bet that Colorado goes undefeated, I will take that bet that it doesn’t.

Not stating he goes undefeated but just based on the players he is, will bring in and the staff he will likely have. It’s hard to imagine he’s going to fall flat on his face when he didn’t the previous 3 years.

It was Koda’s father who Dino brought in to be QB coach. He never recruited anyone which set SU back years in QB recruiting
Seems like Nepotism has never worked for SU football coaching.

Who knows what will happen but it shouldnt be too hard to imagine he fails since most coaches do fail. I don’r have any evidence to suggest he will succeed at the P5 level.

Of course. But you said his teams have talent but under-perform. A perfect season is still incredibly hard to do, whatever level you compete at.

Thats not what I said at all. I said I expect him to bring in talent but I think he may underperform.

Wow. Do you lose a really big bet on Deion back when he was playing? You're hating pretty hard in this thread

No, it's exactly what you said. And you didn't qualify it with a "may" the first time either.

Quote: "I doubt it, imagine him bringing in some top recruits and then underperforming."

And then you also said in this thread, "I think, based on his personality, his teams may end up lacking discipline, resulting in underperformance."

And I pointed out that he just went undefeated at his last job. Of course it was at a lower level. But you sound like somebody who simply doesn't like Deion's personality. It's not about the coaching.

The guy is a Hall of Famer, won 2 Super Bowls, 6 times First Team All-Pro, 8 times Pro Bowler, NFL Defensive Player of the Year, two-time All-American in college. Won his conference both years he coached at Jackson State.

So, I think it comes to you not liking the guy, not anything remotely empirical you can point to. You just don't like him. That's fine.

But don't pretend you have any great insights into his coaching, because you clearly don't.

I would give my right arm to have Syracuse play so "undisciplined" that we won our conference back-to-back years and just went undefeated.

No thats not what I said. I did not say his teams have talent and underperform. I said I imagine the teams he will have at Colorado will have talent but I expect they may underperform. “Imagine bringing in” clearly refers to the future. Go back to 3rd grade and try reading comprehension again.

I am just speculating Ms. Sanders. I am interested to see how it turns out. Have a nice night.

You're gonna die on that hill, I guess.

One more time for you slowly . . . if you think they underperformed, how did they win their conference in the only 2 years he coached there?

What are you basing it on?

He coached 2 years. He won the conference 2 years. He just went undefeated.

What was he supposed to do - win another conference, too, in addition to the one he played in? Was he supposed to win 13 or 14 games in a 12 game schedule?

Clown show, George. Sorry.

Except that’s not what I said. I know reading isn’t your thing but repeating yourself won’t change what I wrote. So, you can continue to argue with yourself about a point I didn’t make, but I am not sure that’s the best use of your time. I think first grade remedial reading might be more effective for you.

Lewis is going to run the team. Prime will recruit and do executive responsibilities.
he will run the offense not the team. Deion is a real head coach not a gimmick. He does it his way; He just happens to be an NFL hall of famer and a huge celebrity. I don't think Sean Lewis is giving that type of speech to his new team on day 1, he will not be running the team

Colorado is going to go from 1-11 to having the most-talked about portal transfer class that will rival Texas A&M’s recruiting class last year.
How’d that work out?
