And I pointed out that he just went undefeated at his last job. Of course it was at a lower level. But you sound like somebody who simply doesn't like Deion's personality. It's not about the coaching.
The guy is a Hall of Famer, won 2 Super Bowls, 6 times First Team All-Pro, 8 times Pro Bowler, NFL Defensive Player of the Year, two-time All-American in college. Won his conference both years he coached at Jackson State.
So, I think it comes to you not liking the guy, not anything remotely empirical you can point to. You just don't like him. That's fine.
But don't pretend you have any great insights into his coaching, because you clearly don't.
I would give my right arm to have Syracuse play so "undisciplined" that we won our conference back-to-back years and just went undefeated.
