Many of us renewed our tickets and used the option to spread the payments out over 5-6 months before CV-19 started to consume our lives. Many of us are also small businesses that don’t have the $$ right now until we can get back to work or we have other bills like mortgages or food that we need to pay as well.

Sure would be nice if SU delayed the next invoice until July.

From what I have been told there will be an email coming out this week that will provide exactly the flexibility the OP is looking for.

" Hey Mark, great points. Weird times and communication is key! As of now we are planning on having some emails sent out to all season ticket holders around deadlines and payments this week. With regard to the payment plans specifically, the email will explain that payments will continue to run as normal however any patron can request a halt, extension or other payment plan as needed. Our team is focusing on being as flexible as possible at this time. I hope everyone is healthy on your end! "
