Shrader, I assume?
I just saw that too, we shall see.Shrader, I assume?
Shrader, I assume?
please not Wax, the other two are a given, can't lose Wax too!Jones?
Wax?
Tucker?
I’d rather they be gone at that point and we can use the 15 bowl practices for players here next year then notThe rules are just so different than they were a decade or two ago.
A guy like Shrader, who was very good early season, then fell off (in part due to inury) used to never think about leaving on such a down stretch, hoping instead to come back and improve draft stock. But now they can get healthy by the combine and it often doesn't hurt them as much.
My concern here is if we have too many key juniors joining the expected and the seniors, they may opt out sooner than later and we may be very undermanned when it comes to whatever bowl we go to.
Sharder
Jones
Bergeron
Were the first 3 that jumped out then
Wax
Tucker (but he is still a Soph right)
Tucker has been here 3 years. He's an academic junior (and eligible for the NFL draft).
Most don’t come back, but some do depending on circumstances, like Szmyt. If a player does the senior walk are they pretty much guaranteed to not come back or do some often come back still?
Usually. Andre the obvious one who changed his mind last year (and glad he did for both how he's leaving and us). We had a nice chat with him last year and he was super appreciative. Plan to do the same again this year...If a player does the senior walk are they pretty much guaranteed to not come back or do some often come back still?
I'm pretty sure Airon Servas, Kingsley, Andre Szymt all did the senior walk and came back for their super senior year.If a player does the senior walk are they pretty much guaranteed to not come back or do some often come back still?
All great players. Will need to have guys step into big shoes. My guess is Marlowe Wax (should test the NFL waters).
Mikel Jones
Garrett Williams
Sean Tucker
Matthew Bergeron
To spell it out, he’s the same year as Tucker. Been here 3 years, has the bonus Covid year.Technically, Wax is a “sophomore”
Where's he doing this interview with a sweet Street Fighter II machine just chillin' in the background. The actual clip
