Shrader isn’t transferring again

He would have to sit out and use a year of eligibility which if I’m not mistaken would use up his eligibility

He'd probably qualify for a grad transfer, given that he's an academic senior. That rule is still in effect and is independent of the 1 time exemption. (Correct me if I'm wrong OrangeXtreme CuseLegacy)
