Seriously, the Portal

What good program will not have a strong team next year? Who stays who goes? If you look at the transfer rules, opt out rules, the portal etc., Is there a legitimate excuse for quality programs to not find the pieces they're missing and plug them in for a strong 21/22? It will be like shopping at Walmart for some teams, never mind normal recruiting wins and loses. Next two years will be bonkers.

You would think that is the way it would go & it very well could end up that way but it's very unpredictable as well and so are young kids so we shall see.
