I think it's a solid signing long term, but by end of year, he was playing like minutes a game. I'm not sure he can get on the floor for us. But another 6-8 guy. Feels like what we're going for on the frontcourt

Never said it wasn't legal. You need to quit being judgemental, you are better then that. When someone has paid their debt to society, that is enough. That's the country I spent 4 years in the military for. You might not like someone but none of us have the right to judge others.

Has some of the characteristics of a Fran Brown signing. A highly recruited, talented guy who got some experience at another school and got his freshman jitters out of the way and now is ready to come perform for us.

Perfect guy to get minutes at small forward. This will allow him to learn and grow into the position. His tape shows a nice touch with deep range. He had a few tip ins too. Imagine a small forward going to the offensive boards.

Yea And he shouldn’t have been ignored but he was cuz we have dum dums here that think we need Kareem Abdul Jabar at the 5 otherwise we can’t possibly win a Natty. Those guys are just waiting in the portal we just aren’t looking.

I like this. Doesn’t have to start but should be able to push for it by end of year. Between him and White there’s actually versatility and switch ability at the wings.

Every team in basketball could use another 3 & D guy and that is what Betsey will grow into.

Syracuse can now play both very big (still with shooting) and very small (still with rebounding). Options are good.

I wonder what they’re giving Brown to not go into the portal again too at Duke. I bet it’s an outrageous # but they need him again as that 6th man. Calm down the young guys and just crush it on defense all year with dirty work. He prob could just name his price tag too. He did everything they asked of him even to the extent that he was playing through real injuries.

This team is built to play 1-3-1 defense with all their length and athleticism. It would be a nice changeup with man to man. Trap and get after it.

I don’t think people ignored it as much as they moved on because there was other transfers talked about, visited, etc it’s just simply how the news cycle works even in a message board. Not everything is a slight or personal.

This pickup shows this staff has a plan and are executing it. They’re building a TEAM.

Great pickup, will be able to play a 3&D role off the bench. Will have others create his shot and I would expect his efficiency to improve too.

It feels like this may be the last addition to the roster but got to give the staff credit, this is a complete, well balanced roster. They need someone to step up as the alpha but they’ve got options and if Donnie/JJ/George do that, this team can thrive
