Well it was his last step right at the line that he tumbled, so it would have affected his time save for maybe a hundredth or so.The fact that he stumbled right at the end and still broke a 4.4 is impressive.
The fact that he's the fastest Safety, though, is very very impressive. All others ahead of him are CBs4.38, third best.
