Who's the strongest conference in college football?

What I'd like to know is: Which is the best division in college football. I think it might be ours.

ACC had the Heisman winner
ACC had the best bowl record of the P5 (9-4)
ACC was 6-2 against B1G in 2016
ACC was 10-4 against SEC in 2016

I think it's easy to see who the best was, and it's not close.
