Tbh, varsity is not great pizza. The best thing at Varsity is the RB sandwich with fries instead of chips. “That’ll be extra.” I think their wing sauce is top notch too. The pizza is just okay.

Funny how we can slander someone so easily. He did more to help the small business in America then anyone or any politician did during the whole pandemic. He literally saved family’s and their livelihoods during a period where our govt did nothing to protect their hardworking citizens.

Idk, I just think there are so many “garbage” people in America right now, and he is so far from that in comparison. No he isn’t perfect and I’m sure no one here is.

Yes, you can slander someone pretty easily that has had very public, serious allegations levied against them by multiple women, who are also much younger than him (which isn't illegal, but certainly doesn't look right).

Alright aside from Portnoy… I think it’s time for the age old debate.

Who really has the best pizza in the 315 today in 2022?

I fell out of love with Pavones for years but I think they’re about as good as they’ve ever been these days. Great slice, crispy and light like downstate.

Think my top 5 goes a little something like this

5. Francesca’s in Liverpool
4. Wildcat
3. Pavones
2. Avicoli’s in Fayetteville
1. Mario and Salvo’s

You’ll notice my list doesn’t stray far from Cuse itself. I havent tried any of the Utica, Oswego, etc. shops lately so I can’t give an opinion.

I like what barstool deems as “football pizza”. Ill admit M&S can get overly greasy sometimes but more often than not its a great light, crispy and satisfying slice that goes beautifully with a Cuse beatdown of BC. Mmmm.

Twin Trees is great too, but I like crispier dough.
