Small Correction

Not sure if anybody else brought this up but Dennis Duval retired from the Police Department in 2004. He would likely not have been involved in any investigation in 2005.

Yes, it was in 2003 that the story was first reported to the police and Dennis Duval was the chief at that time.

Ah. Yes that is correct, just went back and saw that. Oh well, at least he's not there now during this investigation.

Duval is not a former Boeheim player though as they are calling him. JB was an assitant when Duval played there, that does not usually make him "his player." Unless of course it makes the story your reporting sound better.
