1) a better than average(play caling) OC who can also get the most out of Shrader, Morgan and Lamson
in 8 months.
2) a competent back up to Tucker at RB...we don't have one right now.
3) ACC level safeties...we didn't have 2 last season
4) quality Rt Tackle...is Davis the answer?
5) a WR who can take the top off the opposition defense...and AET/Trishton Jackson type
6) a punter that can help us win/change field position...how bad was Williams(?) injured?
7) a place kicker that can hit from 50..is Szmyt really "back" from 2 seasons ago?
With help(we need it) from the portal... maybe.

One or two of those would get us there. Heck, we were a few officiating screw jobs away from it this year. If we were to get all of those things, we'd have a shot at 9+ wins.
