Well their success will dictate how soon we enjoy a NC in Syracuse again in BB. I can't think about this year which I don't think is possible at this time. Yes Fab 's lose is a deciding factor here regardless of how well the team has played "thus far" Would I cheer? Of course like a drunk cheerleader.Anything big that is unexpected is always a huge big deal . If this team is able to pull that off it would be a fantastic surprise and totally unexpected. Considering our lack of consistent rebounding and go-to scorer aside from a few bursts from Dion and Joseph. I don't see anyone on the team to put the team on his shoulders and carrying them to the trophy.

JB can be sarcastic and downright acerbic at times. He's especially defensive when it comes to protecting his players. But he also has displayed a very warm and charming side. I hope Noel and his mom get to see the real person.

At the end of the day, If Jimmy and Hop can land Noel, we become the clear favorites to be number 1 next season. Never would there have been a team that had such an embarrasment of riches with their bigs. It will be very interesting to see how it all shakes out. I wouldn't be surprised if we land him and on the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up elsewhere. No matter what the decision, we will still be very formidable next season and beyond.

We could win it this year and then not win it with Noel. The only way to 'try' to win a national championship is to build a program that's good every year to maximize your chances. Even without Noel a team of Christmas, Keita, Coleman, Fair, Southerland, Grant, Triche, Carter-Williams and Cooney could win it all.

His mama does not like all the uproar here. Can you blame her? So, Jim and Mike have their work cut out for them. You are right, Coach can be charming. But the "facts," such as they, speak for themselves. I feel worried about one and done Noel. He looked so bored while he was here. But I am an idiot, and my concerns signify nothing.

For what its worth, the Kentucky fans said the same thing, ie he was on his phone. Glad Mike is going. He adds a little bit different vibe.

While not a Boeheim fanfor reasons beyond his coaching I will give him due as a great recruiting coach. Carmelo and GMAC in the same class were no accidents nor was player like the ones in this year's team.We have DC coming in and maybe the one that brings it back here for Jim's last gasp. If we getNN and Jim wins the NC I predict he retires. Going out on top would be a cap on his career. He knows this One reason why Mike is going with him to NN's home. A sense of continuity if NN doesn't go one and out.

MCW is prolly telling 2N to immediately reclassify to be a sophomore his first year at Cuse. That way he won't have to ride the pine his freshman year like MCW.

I would like to think that MCW might be saying things to NN that might assuage his mother's fears that we are a cesspool of iniquity. Also, how much fun it would be for them to play together, etc. I would hope he would minimize the "riding of the pine" that he has endured this year. Fingers crossed! (But I still worry that NN may not be "clean." Am I the only one?)

I doubt that any high-level BB recruit is "clean" nowadays. there are too many low-life types hanging around the scene, just itching to exploit a kid or his family.

You know I could not agree more the front court bigs" would be more than formidable. They would be NBA inalmost all aspects except known salary. We start and end the season ,number 1. Now that would be freaking fun.SUball
