He doesn't know how to write without being a condescending . not a good trait for a 'journo' to have.set players against one another and rip them in comparision to others on their team or their competition and generally stir up resentment or embarrassment.
What a tool.
He's no journo...he'll be heading to the blogoshere where very little research is necessary and anything goes. Weasel. He doesn't know how to write without being a condescending . not a good trait for a 'journo' to have.
That is an insult to Asshats everywhere. One of his other titles is "Chief Asshat of the Brown Starfish Club". He's really thriving in that role.
Which article now?
Check out the Hunt, AAM, and Kicker articles. Just a nasty tone or cutting remark dropped in with emphasis.
Completely unnecessary, this ain't the NYPost/NY Daily News.

I just read the AAM article and thought it was fair. I think some fans who followed the team this year might have been asking themselves where AAM has been so far this year. The article did a solid job of answering that.I guess I just don't get all of that out of the articles you pointed out.
I think there is some herd mentality in effect.I guess I just don't get all of that out of the articles you pointed out.

BUT...the article finishes with "For three weeks last season he was all the rage. Through three games this year Ameen-Moore is a forgotten man."
That seems unnecessary to me, and kind of ruined what was otherwise a decent piece.
Because Syracuse's offense was pretty bad the first 2 games and it does raise the question why isn't this guy who has played in the past and helped this team win, not on the field now.The AAM article is just bizarre.
Yeah, he's not playing. Why would you write an article on the 3rd string RB or whatever he is other than to make him feel bad?
But he is being honest with that sentence and he is correct! I am not going to knock a guy for being correct. This isn't T-Ball people where everyone gets a trophy and everyone plays and we don't hurt peoples feelings. That sentence you pointed out is tame. Go read a local newspaper in Alabama country, or Ohio St country, or Tennessee country...they are brutal!
Like it or not Syracuse is a program in a major conference and its players will be treated as such in the press. I don't see anything over the top or mean spirited in his reporting.

does he cut your grass on Saturdays when the games are on?
The AAM seems fine to me. He isn't ripping AAM at ALL nor is he being condescending. If anything, he's questioning why the staff isn't using him. Nothing wrong with that particular article, imo.
Bingo...and too many of his articles have that nasty slant.I think people are upset because there is no point in the article. Any fan that follows the team knows he is not playing because of a log jam at RB, and for the casual fan, well they wouldn't even know he's on the team since again he's not playing. The article seemed like it was just rubbing salt in a wound, especially the last smart a$$ sentence of the article. I guess he has to do stuff like this when his access has been cut.
