So whats going on in Syracuse New Years Eve?

Driving up from CT for the game tomorrow, but not sure what we (the wife and I) are going to do after the game? Our hotel is an hour back towards CT because we need to get home somewhat early so we'll probably stop at Turning Stone for a bit, but what to do from the end of the game until 10 or 12pm?

There is a First Night going on at Onondaga Lake Park but other than that I believe the all night parties are already booked. You might be able to get in some ice skating at Clinton Square and then stop for a beverage next door in Hanover Square. J Ryans is a short walk from Clinton Square and they have an incredible beer selection. Food there is decent. http://www.jryanspub.com/

Otherwise I suggest going straight to Turning Stone after the game
