I appreciate the (over)confidence, but I have a feeling SU fans in this thread are severely underestimating Michigan.
They have four projected first-rounders for a reason. They rarely ever turn the ball over. Their confidence is sky-high right now. Great shooters. A beast underneath playing out of his mind. Great head coach. National POY at the most important position.
Michigan will score points. Despite their youth, they are incredibly efficient on O. They won't brick countless open threes like Marquette did, they won't turn the ball over very often (no matter how well SU plays D), and they will likely crash the offensive boards hard.
Bottom line...Syracuse needs Dirty and Triche to hit open shots. If they don't, then Syracuse won't win. If they do, then I like our chances. But that will be the key in the game, imo. The offense is going to have to step it up because defense alone will not get SU to the title game.
