U kidding?Give me a break, it was an accident. It has happened to all of us. Just not on camera. Move on.

You've never accidentally touched someone?U kidding?
If you notice, he spreads both arms out while giving a hi-five to a fan w/ his right hand. Looks to me like he anticipated giving a pound on his left as well, then pulls back a little when he sees no one there. The thing is he lifted his hands to chest level. That is the issue. These are the kind of things where history shows far too quick of an inadvertent dismissal.
To me it's a get to the bottom of it, see what the cheerleader says and land on something that either teaches a lesson or is 100 pct a nothing burger.
Also her not flinching is not even something to mention here. That shouldn't matter. Let's see how this plays out. Hopefully without unnecessary harm to anyone
U guys are something else if you think that’s inadvertentYou've never accidentally touched someone?
Disagree. I think he had both hands out and it was an accidental touch. She didn’t even flinch & I’d love to get her take on the whole thing. There is no one else close and he knew what he was doing. He looked away to play it off. If this were a cuse player, you all would be saying he should be suspended.
I’m all for giving the player the benefit of the doubt, but this wasn’t accidental.Disagree. I think he had both hands out and it was an accidental touch. She didn’t even flinch & I’d love to get her take on the whole thing.
Mark this down as yet another occasion where the “perpetually outraged” crowd, can join in on the latest social media kerfuffle. JMHO
Fair enough, but have you seen some other angles of this? I tried to link one, and it indicates he may not have touched her at all, and with his/her total non reaction, it could be there’s nothing to see here.I’m all for giving the player the benefit of the doubt, but this wasn’t accidental.
Some of you seem to be forgetting this is a cheerleader from Texas CHRISTIAN University. Some of you have never been on a NYC subway during rush hour and it shows
Kids do stupid things but anyone should be able to reasonably assume from that video that he wasn’t plotting a boob grab heading to the locker room.Doesn't his intention matter? If it was intentional, it isn't a nothing burger. If it was an accident, it is.
You are missing the reasoning for sharing this. My point was throwing something away because we think it's a nothing burger isn't the way to go. The reason for being a PITA is because I've seen how things that seem nothing can be something and dismissing is not the way to go.
It's an easy simple thing to take a look and make sure.
Common sense be damned.I think the difference is the video. In your case the kid might have intentionally grabbed her @ss. In this case I think it's easily dismissed.
Also her not flinching is not even something to mention here. That shouldn't matter. Let's see how this plays out. Hopefully without unnecessary harm to anyone
Of course you mention that she didn’t flinch because it supports the idea that he never touched her and it was a camera angle that made it appear that he did.
I'm not saying it should be ignored. It's weird, though. He's got both arms extended and looking in the other direction. Unless he admits it was intentional, could they or would they really pursue a suspension or a legal angle at this point. Is this something that Gloria Allred would get involved in?
No Gloria Allred would get involved in the “injustice” of giving the Mens tourney all this attention and female cheerleaders and the womens tournament not much attention and no featured male cheerleaders.
Huh? What are you even trying to imply?
You couldn't be more wrong if you think I have a narrative lol. Like other side of the galaxy wrong.
I’m not implying anything. I’m saying that her not flinching suggests she was not touched. Why shouldn’t that be discussed.
If it was inadvertent you would think he pauses and apologizes. That is the normal thing to do. These things can often look inadvertent. It's a bit premature to call it anything but worth double checking. Also- important to listen to the cheerleader most importantly. If she feels it was a nothing burger then forget and move on. Shouldn't she have the first say?
Sure we have nothing to talk about. But this kid shouldn’t be playing after this. i’m sorry. There are no fans to his left. And he glanced at her right before he did it. He knew what he was doing. Cannot believe so many are on the other side of this
This slightly slowed down video shows there was clearly contact with the thumb. Was it inadvertent? Could go either way on that.
