Someone help me with the Conference Schedule…

Why are some teams playing conference games this weekend and other teams (cough Duke cough) having glorified scrimmages today? It’s a small complaint, but appears to be a competitive advantage given to some of the folks on Tobacco Road.

Unbalanced amount of teams, not everyone can play each other the same weekend. We end our season on a Tuesday 3/5, when lots of other teams end their season and ACC slate on Saturday 3/9.

Still doesn’t make sense. There were only 3 league games this weekend. There’s more than 7 teams in the league.

If you look at our schedule not only for basketball but other sports the acc does su no favors. Not sure the reason to schedule a conference game in early December if teams are still playing out of conference games in late December.

Women only play 18 conference games.

This isn’t like football where your body takes a severe beating every week. I don’t see this as an issue. In fact, you could argue that spreading out conference games is an advantage when you have some softer OOC games mixed in to work on things and reduce some minutes.
