Song of the Day II

Never forget my most gawkiest moment of my college life (and I had a few) was at a SUNY Albany "meat market" bar (Peabody's? Michael's? No difference, would surprised if it's still there) but I digress! ......

THE hottest, seemingly chill, cool but not cool crowd girl around was dancing to this song and dancing near me. Her eyes were so blue they looked grey or like a shiny light blue (like a wolf! Siberian husky?) and the shirt she wore was not so much a half of a shirt as it was an eighth of a shirt.

Anywho, legit gawked at her for a longer time than it took me to write this post - and she totally met me eye to eye, then I chickened out as I felt like my gawk blew any chance I had. I didn't know what the heck I was doing coupled with her beauty (really, her face, eyes, mouth, lips were out of a dream). A very happy dream. Needless to say, I totaled a zippy zip zilch zero on that endeavor.

Old memories that get you nostalgic are the best!

True story:
Been to the amphitheater in the ruins of Pompeii, with one of my best friends, still a musician.

Floyd played one of the albums in this theatre. So we sang the heck out of that place, Floyd songs only of course.

My friend and another guy practiced in my basement and almost did the Wall for an audience of our fellow camp counselors in high school. Someone got sick but we had the whole thing down. We were going to do the theatrical, all songs from the movie.

I played bass but backup vocals only.
