special teams is killing us

why cant we get a good special teams coach/players consistenly while playing in the dome. Logn was good last year and krautman seemed to have solved the kicking game, but this year its damn pathetic. every punt, fg is a damn rollercoaster.

its unaccpetable to lose a game on missed xps tech twice and a fg block that they scored the tying touchdown on. not sure what will happen but its pissing me off typing this
