Spectrum Sports

I get my internet from Time Warner Cable. In past years, to watch the high school playoffs, I just turned to channel 19. But now they have the games on "Spectrum Sports" on the internet. it's like "Watch ESPN".

Here is their home page:

I click on "Dolgeville vs. Bishop Ludden" and I get this page:

The "Login" button doesn't work. The "sign Up" button is to sign up for Spectrum's services and I already have their TV & internet services. I click on the "Spectrum" sign and get this page:
Sign in with your Spectrum username and password.

I type in my username and password, (which I know are correct because I accessed my "My Account" page using using them) and I just get returned to this screen:

The FAQs were no help, except to give me an E-mail address which I have sent a message to. They say the game is not on TV because "In an effort to bring customers a larger game offering inclusive of many more teams, the digital platform is much more expansive than traditional television. Additionally, expanded user functionality is available on digital platforms including rewind, social sharing and immediate on demand access."

I'd still rather just turn to Channel 19.
