Thursday, April 4 7:15 a.m. Practice open to Media 7:15-7:25 a.m.

9:45 a.m. - Interviews with select players (defense/specialists)

Power lifting legend Donnie Thompson. Only man to lift 3000lbs on the 3 main lifts. Squat 1265,bench 950(shirt), deadlift 785. Has tons of innovative gear .

Looks like that's all his gear, we're using, including the body tempering, stuff.

Follow him on instagram. He's a big proponent of the body tempering stuff for soft tissue work. Definitely had a pretty successful career in powerlifting (equipped). Wonder the connection to get him to SU?

Friends with Caton. Although, you will see him in various college weight rooms.

Richards and Custis were mean mean men on special teams. Looking forward to watching him in 2019 and 2020.

Courtney Jackson looking to make a Taj Harris like impression?

I remember Richards chasing a punt returner all the way down the field on one play. His athletic ability at his size is unreal. Think our LB from Canada for the incoming class, Cantin-Arku, is similar in that respect.

UNC. Heels scored the TD but Richards got close.

Looks like injuries are biting us a bit this spring. Hopefully no serious injuries and just nagging ones that can be treated.

yeah, hopefully the ones that seem a bit more serious (Elmore, Heckel, Adams) are all good come fall practice. definitely more physical spring practices this year

He flew downfield. Surprised he really never took that athleticism into first team defense.

I would love to eat crow on this. I just don’t see it with Armstrong.
