Miller on how St. John's stays in game: We need to not get dominated at the X, need a lot of stops defensively b/c SU offense is electric.

Miller on St. John's team that's 1-4: We've gotten off to some really good starts. We haven't played a full 60 minutes.

Miller grew up in Rochester, developed love for lacrosse when he watched SU/Hobart games. His dad was an SU hoops season-ticket holder.

Syracuse has not lost to St. John's in 10 meetings dating to 1990

Despite low ground balls total, Syracuse hanging around in games (DO)

Great article that highlights SU problems. Seems like attack is doing well headed up by Evan's 12. Too many face offs lost due to missed ground balls by wings. I am sure the players and coaches are working on it, but this needs to be fixed soon as the meat of the schedule will be upon us in a little more than a week.
