Air Force Gameday...

Likewise, leave early or leave late but don't get caught outdoors. If so, turn and face the music. Literally.

The gate guards would hold all cars from entering or leaving during the call.

That made me laugh out loud.

At Wright-Patterson AFB, they ended with firing a 105 howitzer. Our lab was across the street from the howitzer. It went off with a bang every day.

Sloppy and overall bad 1st half a major concern but they looked a lot better in the 2nd half. Have to be better cashing in great scoring opportunities but definitely seemed to find teh O late into the third and if they kept all the starters in probably drop 10 goals in the 4th. Still have major concerns about the inconsistency with a # of guys and the undisciplined/sloppy play that has haunted this team all year but we at least saw them play like we know they are capable of in the 2nd half.

Johnny at 70% and another good performance from Angelo (save for that one stretch late) is a great sign. Gotta figure out that 2nd midline. More Tucker and T-mac.

Didn't see the 2nd half, surprised to see McCool's save % so low, guess he didn't make many saves in the 2nd, he looked pretty good 1st half.

Guess the offense started canning shots and nice to see Finn scoring a couple more, he's been picking it up the last few games. At the end of the day doubt anyone is going to analyze how many goals they won this game by, just move on and be better against Denver!

He gave up 3 goals in the last 3 minutes when the scrubs were in. Without those, he's at .500. Not super good, but not awful either.

McCool struggled in the 1st qtr, wasn't really seeing the ball and the defense gave up a couple of doorstep looks. Was better in the 2nd half. SU subbed most of the long poles midway through the 4th and SU gave up 3 goals late against AF starters.

Half:
Ohio St 3, Denver 2

The stats on that game are eye popping and not in a good way. Monday screams boulder fight.

OSU has 3 goals at half on 26 shots, 6! of which made it on cage. They also have 10 turnovers.

Denver has 2 goals on 16 shots and 9 turnovers.

Denver's D can be scary good but SU should be able to match up well defensively themselves.

4-2 OSU now. Denver is 3 of 8 at the X.

Fyock at 78% in goal for OSU, good lord.
