Stanford's Tara Vanderveer going for her 1000th win tonight

Not all at Stanford but still a huge accomplishment. Her father taught at UAlbany and she went to the same school I attended although she is older. Her family then moved to Buffalo where she finished high school. She then attended UAlbany for one year for basketball but then transferred to Indiana.

So we have two upstate kids going for their 1000th win this weekend. Good luck to both.
