Shamarko accepted the choice he had to make, and a like a lot of kids playing college sports he is an inspiration even as he evolves in the NFL. I wish him well being and peace of mind on his journey.

Whenever someone mentions hard work in any sport, any level I think of him. Whether it's going to hit the weights at 2am which he did often or pushing cars around the parking lot. Great inspiration..

OE - I am at a loss for words. I cannot even begin to fathom or understand at all the life of Shamarko and how he was able to pull himself out of the conditions he was in. I think over the last decade, he has been my most favorite player both on and off the field. I hope he makes it BIG in the NFL and after.
