Solid site to do business. I've dealt with them many times.

Qualify "last minute" as someone wanting to dump their tickets may have some out there as much as a week ahead of a game at a good price. If the price looks good to you go ahead and buy regardless of the time.

Absolutely. I bought tickets to the Jazz vs. Hornets game a few days ago for $6 per ticket. Always legit tickets and for the price compared to the face value you can't beat it.

Sometimes Seat Geek is better. Like the Kayak of secondary market ticket search engines. I usually check both before I purchase.
