I know a a lot of people want Legette. However I would like a coach with WNBA experience and has shown they can recruit and coach even at a non P5 school.

He is definitely less incompetent as a coach than Q was. At least the players look like they know what a defensive stance is now. It is good to see more effort on the defensive side.

After the team went to the Final Four a few years ago, it seemed like the new rule was that defense was optional and everyone opted to not play it.

Only 2nd game and the ladies only began to know one another in August. Yes, they showed need to improve and yet how many teams nationally wouldn’t at this time of year against this level of opponent.

What the ladies did show me was hustle, determination, rebounding and team effort.

Obviously, they need to improve on shot selection, scoring inside vs taller and more athletic opponents.

They need to develop post play with their more sizable and athletic players, Priscilla should help when she returns.

Reed and staff have them playing hard and with mostly focused effort, when they are successful in their offense.

Defense needs work as they understand how to adjust the zone to compensate for taller, more athletic players they will see in the ACC.

For the 2nd game vs this level of opposition; I come away impressed, mostly by the coaching and commitment of these players!

Coach Reed is not less incompetent; he is a far better coach than Q.
Two games into the season, he has them playing better team ball than Q ever did.
Q’s in-game coaching never matched his ability to recruit and it seems that Coach Reed was the brains behind whatever coaching success we had, once he came onboard!

Alaysia Styles and Christianna Carr #43 are my new favorite players to watch. They are not afraid to play hard defense, both got hammered to the floor in yesterday's game a couple of times.

Are you saying that a new coach would have to have coaching experience in the WNBA?
Why would you require that type of experience when most coaches of women's BB and men's BB don't have any coaching experience at the professional level.

So taking Buffalo to the Sweet 16 is not enough for you? And she has 2 of the top players in the country on her team this year. I don't understand.
