The thing that bothers me is that they had time to proofread. It’s not like a live broadcast where you say something wrong and you can’t fix it. They had time to fix this but didn’t give it a second look, so it didn’t get fixed.

Most of the people I work with don't ever give something a 2nd look. When I call to say it's broken I'm on the merry go round for a week to ten days and have to escalate the issue before someone pays attention. Sign of the times I guess.
