She’s one of the highest paid employees at the university. They go way back.

Would not be surprised if a new chancellor went in a different direction.

I've read over the last few months that he's on the hot seat. I may have read he didn't participate in choosing the guy from Utah as the new football coach.

1. Was fired from a peer school just a year ago
2. Is named in 6 lawsuits for "failing to act on Women's Basketball coach abusive coaching methods"
3. Spent $240 million on an Olympics sports facility that didn't have the proper funding at Pitt
4. Had a formal HR Complaint filed against her for "harassment, bullying, and abuse of power" in December while at SU

And SU *still* interviewed her today as one of the four finalists to run our school's Athletic Department?

I don't know how decisions are made on The Hill these days but the folks in leadership positions at SU have lost their collective minds.

It's plausible with the article above that she wasn't one of the four interviews, given what is in that article. So potentially all four interviews were external candidates.

Seriously it’s good timing to get all of these folks out. 4 major openings being filled.

Kent really is the dummy here, it’s his shop. You can’t hire a lackey to be the pretend AD for a year and expect people just to have 2 bosses. Glad he’s out too.

Also if I’m reading between the lines here that JW was much more liked than people talk about here in the athletics dept.

The complaints seem random but enough that the people raising them felt empowered to get them documented.

HR at any other company would’ve swept this under the rug but Cuse is so big on the transparency stuff that now it’s out there.
