I don't have a strong feeling either way.

agreed. it seems like one of those "if we play our game we should win by a few possessions" types of games. but if we come out flat and have to play from behind it could be a tough one.

7.5 is that a fair spread, or a sabotage to get others to root against us?

I think 4.5 is fair. First road game of the season.

where did you see this line? just curious ... i usually don't see an opening line til 6 anywhere

It'll go down before play time ... I'd say also SU -4.5

SU opening -7. Another interesting game ... its a pick-em UNLV vs. Illinois (unbeaten)

SU still -7 at mine ... another interesting spread BYU -1 over Baylor (another unbeaten)

Here'sa goody; ND+9 vs. Indiana
and ... Illinois now -1.5 vs. UNLV

I don't bet except for the NCAA's...but this should be close to an even game.
State is tough and tested.
The RBC crowd can be a factor.

Fortunately, we're not playing in the old Reynolds Coliseum.
That place was murder.
Jay Bilas called it the toughest arena he ever played in.

Very difficult read on this. First game this year at a hostile environment against a pretty good team (I believe they are at the Georgetown/WV/Vill/Cin level). Probably should be at about 4-5 pts, as that place. Will lay off this tonite.

This is a real tough line. A couple of trash 3's at the end of the game could ruin it. I do like the under 146.

I still have SU -7 ... no movement on any of the games right now.

I think 7 is a fair line. As said earlier first real road game for the Cuse and a tough home arena to play in. A couple weeks ago #1 NC away from Chapel Hill was laying 8 to UNLV and lost on the court. Last week, then #1 Kentucky was -5.5 at Indiana and lost. Hopefully the Cuse has better success but IMO they win but don't cover 7.

SU back up to -7 and Illinois -2 vs. UNLV How come Ilinois/UNLV and/or BYU/Baylor noton TV?

I was at last yrs game in the dome and NCST was haveing very little problems with our zone
they would get it in at the foul line and kick it
that kid wood was killing it from the outside
and there freshman leslie was real quick inside
he is a yr older and a nba prospect for sure
I think we will win but i think its going to be real close
