When I worked for USGS in Ann Arbor, one of my wetland research sites was at Ottawa NWR along western Lake Erie in Ohio. We stayed just east of Toledo and often ate dinner at a restaurant that had a pizza side and a Chinese side. I always opted for Hunan beef. It was delicious. I have seldom found any other place that has it on the menu.
