Syracuse Football fined $25k by the ACC

It totally looked like Nissi and another DL faked injuries as Clemson moved into the red zone on one play. It also looked like we faked injuries in the Tennessee game. Not sure if they've been coached to do that but lets get off our soap box because we've been doing it.

Every team does it. You know how many times it happened against us last year? It’s coached by literally everyone.

Clown conference, bro.

Where were the public statements about the half dozen wrongly called penalties that have altered the results of our games over the past few years?

Basically the ACC is saying “you didn’t fake it well enough” because every team does this every week.

Insane

It would be easier to be upset if it wasn’t for the time vs Tennessee when not one but two of our dbs simultaneously looked at the sideline and dived, only for one of them to realize and instantly pop back up. We clearly tell guys to do that (like virtually every other program) so let’s climb back down off our high horse.

No denying we have done it, but it is about who they actually punish for this and who they give a pass.

What's the legality of the ACC issuing something like this to a conference member school? I mean, it's not like this doen't happen in MOST games all across the country.

If it's even remotely questionable legally standing, I'd tell them to pound salt and not pay it and go to court.

The ACC can suck a bag of... Conference likely won't even exist in 7-10 yrs.

You watch that play and it is pretty suspicious. both guys were standing after the play was over.. Now it was a wild scramble play with lots of running but still.

Not that cramps don't just happen pretty fast.
